TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Wohnbau Rottenburg, as a municipal enterprise of the City, is planning the revitalisation and refurbishment of the Jeckel site in the middle of the historic old town. The subject of this invitation to tender comprises flooring works (industrial parquet) in the residential areas of the two new-builds, Building B and Building C. Between 18.01.2027 and 23.08.2027, massive industrial parquet floors are to be installed. The work in the two buildings is carried out separately by building.
