TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender is part of the PSPL project which aims to create a secure heavy goods vehicle parking (PSPL) at the MIONAY EAST and WEST area. It concerns only VRD / Parking works. The works cover: - Diversions of existing networks affected by the works - Earthworks - Roads (parking areas, traffic lanes, pedestrian pathways), - Rainwater collection and discharge structures, - Slabs supporting furniture (picnic tables) or equipment related to waste recovery (selective sorting), - Wastewater collection structures of a multi-service building (BMS), this building being constructed under another contract. - The potable water supply network of the building and Fire Protection installations, - Civil engineering for laying high and low voltage networks necessary for the operation of the PSPL, cable laying being performed under other contracts, - An outdoor relaxation area adjacent to the BMS, - The foundation slab of a self-service laundry, this self-service laundry being constructed under another contract.
