TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contractor’s (AN) performance is on-street parking management using parking ticket machines (PSA) on public road space. The AN shall carry out the management in such a way that the requirements for safety and order within the meaning of the statutory provisions and the rules of technology are complied with. 1.1 The place where the services are to be provided is the parking management area of Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg, in the parking management districts City-West with zones 9 and 17, Friedenau with zones 26, 27 and 28, Schöneberg Nord with zone 55, the eight newly established zones 84 to 91 within the S-Bahn ring, and Tempelhofer Damm with zone 92. Zone 97 is expected to be added to Friedenau towards the end of 2027. 1.2 The parking management is to begin on 01.10.2026, at the latest however with the award of the contract. 1.3 Existing PSA inventory At the start of the contract, the 1,178 PSA currently installed are to be taken over from the current parking operator on behalf of the contracting authority (AG) and continue to be operated without interruption.
