TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the performance by the contractor (AN) is the on-street parking management with parking ticket machines (PSA) on public road space. The AN shall carry out the management in such a way that the requirements for safety and order within the meaning of the statutory provisions and the rules of technology are complied with. 1.1 The location of the services is the parking management area Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg, in the parking management areas City-West with zones 9 and 17, Friedenau with zones 26, 27 and 28, Schöneberg Nord with zone 55, the eight newly established zones 84 to 91 within the S-Bahn ring, and Tempelhofer Damm with zone 92. Probably by the end of 2027, zone 97 will be added in Friedenau. 1.2 The parking management is to begin on 01.10.2026, at the latest however upon conclusion of the contract. 1.3 Existing inventory of PSA At the start of the contract, the 1,178 PSA currently installed are to be taken over from the current operator on behalf of the contracting authority (AG) and continue to be managed without interruption.
