TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the EHAD site, the municipality, woCom and Woonpartners are looking for an area developer. This means a party that understands the complexity of the assignment, embraces and shares the ambitions for the EHAD site, has experience with similar assignments, demonstrates long-term commitment, and also wishes to link itself to the assignment for the long term as a cooperation partner. Based on this, the municipality and the housing corporations have summarised the following ultimate objective formulated for this partner selection procedure: “Selecting an area developer who, for the EHAD site, provides maximum fulfilment of the five themes from the Vision Stationskwartier Helmond and who commits to the area for the long term in a cooperation with the municipality of Helmond, woCom and Woonpartners.” The total gross floor area of the residential functions may not exceed 50,000 m2 and, in terms of number, may not exceed 520 dwellings.
