TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns services for the administration of a personality inventory for the recruitment of contract agents. The Banque de France recruits contract agents who will work in functions corresponding to their experience and skills acquired throughout their professional lives. By being recruited on a contractual basis, the candidate applies directly to a job offer. At the end of the recruitment process, the DGRH makes a salary proposal taking into account the position, the candidate's skills, and professional experience. The contract holder pays particular attention to the following points: • for all profiles, measure their ability to communicate with highly diverse internal interlocutors and adapt to a structured and hierarchical context; • for profiles expected to manage teams, assess their ability to assume managerial responsibilities; • for profiles recruited under permanent contracts (CDI) who are expected to evolve within the organization, emphasize their developmental potential, mobility, and ability to work in teams, especially cross-functional ones.
