TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Passenger Service Point, hereinafter: PSP, constitutes a single integrated and recognizable service provision concept for passengers, visitors and other users of the airport. Throughout the entire customer journey, the PSP provides information, customer contact, personal assistance and related services. The Contractor carries out the services in a consistent manner via physical and digital customer contact channels and works together with the Contracting Authority and the chain partners designated by the Contracting Authority.
