TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority operates a heterogeneous ICT landscape with several thousand user accounts, various specialized applications, and an increasing number of privileged and business-critical accesses. The previous decentralized management of passwords and sensitive access data leads to increased administrative effort, limited traceability, as well as risks regarding information security, compliance, and operational stability. As part of the further development of the information security and IAM strategy, a central, audit-proof, and secure password manager solution is procured. The goal is to replace unsystematic procedures and create a unified platform for the secure storage, use, and management of passwords, secrets, and other sensitive information. The future solution must meet the requirements of modern security architectures as well as the regulatory and operational requirements of a public-law organization. In particular, high requirements for access security, encryption, traceability, governance, and protection against unauthorized access must be met.
