TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to develop the primary airspace surveillance of the Budapest TMA and the entire Budapest FIR airspace (hereinafter: LHCC), HungaroControl Magyar Légiforgalmi Szolgálat Zrt. (hereinafter: HC or the Contracting Authority) shall install a Passive MSPSR system (hereinafter: System) consisting of 4 receiving stations (hereinafter: Station). The System must be capable of detecting aircraft in passive mode, using analogue FM and DVB-T2 signal sources without using its own signal source. Therefore, the Supplier must supply and install a System that meets the following specifications: The System must comply with the standards specified in point 2 of the technical description. System description: The System must not use its own signal source. The Stations must be able to operate simultaneously and use the signals in at least the following two broadcast bands: • analogue VHF - FM (87.5 - 108.0 MHz) • VHF - DVB-T2 (470–694 MHz) The Stations must be capable of working together in order to provide more accurate airborne situation detection capabilities.
