TENDER DESCRIPTION

HungaroControl Magyar Légiforgalmi Szolgálat Zrt. (hereinafter HC or the Contracting Authority) will install a Passive MSPSR system (hereinafter the System) consisting of 4 receiving stations (hereinafter the Stations) in order to develop the primary airspace surveillance for Budapest TMA and the entire Budapest FIR airspace (hereinafter LHCC). The System must be capable of detecting aircraft in passive mode without using its own signal source by using analog FM and DVB-T2 signal sources. Therefore, the Supplier must supply and install a System that meets the following specifications: The System must comply with the standards defined in point 2 of the technical description. System description: The System must not use its own signal source. The Stations must be able to operate simultaneously and use their signals at least in the following two broadcasting bands: • analog VHF – FM (87.5 - 108.0 MHz) • VHF – DVB-T2 (470–694 MHz) The Stations must be able to work together, thereby ensuring more accurate air situation detection capabilities.
