TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement and maintenance/repairs of the P&H monitors are structured through agreements with a single supplier. The agreement has an initial term of 6 years, after which there is the option to extend the agreement twice, each time by two years. Thereafter, the agreement ends by operation of law. The initial contract duration of six years aligns with the economic service life of the P&H monitors, whereas the optional extensions are used only if the cooperation, pricing and performance provide grounds to do so. The extensions are therefore not automatic, but depend on explicit evaluation moments. Bizob awards the present contract on behalf of GGD BZO and RAV BMWN.
