The Public Authority has the option of annual termination without needing to provide a specific reason. The core scope of work for this tender is a service contract for the surveillance, routine maintenance, and, if necessary, replacement of the electrical and mechanical installations of lifting pumps within the LogemLoiret heritage. The contract, with a duration of 60 months starting January 1, 2027, includes "P2" services covering routine maintenance, surveillance, operation, and minor repairs, as well as "P3" services for major maintenance and a total warranty for the installations.

Key deliverables and interventions include:

• Complete maintenance of the equipment.
• Annual routine maintenance visits (P2), which encompass monthly and semi-annual visits.
• Breakdown visits with specified response times.
• Intervention reports.
• Major maintenance (Gros entretien) as part of the total warranty (P3).
• The provision and installation of a remote alarm system (téléalarme). This includes supplying the compatible alarm cabinet/module, all necessary equipment, electrical and functional connection to the pump control organs, providing and installing a dedicated SIM card, an annual telecommunication subscription for alarm transmission and contractor supervision, complete system parameter setting, integration with the contractor's alarm reception center, testing, commissioning, and providing technical documentation and operating instructions.
• The contractor is obligated to provide results and advice to LogemLoiret, suggesting improvements for equipment usage.
