TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Public Contract is the activities aimed at increasing the capacity of the Kolovraty branch wastewater treatment plant (hereinafter referred to as "WWTP Kolovraty"), which is owned by the City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "CoP"), managed by the Contracting Authority, and operated by Pražské vodovody a kanalizace, a.s. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Construction" or the "Work"), in accordance with the building permit issued by the City of Prague Magistrate, Environmental Protection Department, dated 18 February 2026, ref. no. MHMP 144627/2026, file no. S-MHMP 1142073/2024, which became legally binding on 18 March 2026, in accordance with the construction execution documentation forming Annex No. 3 of the Tender Documents, and other administrative decisions and related binding materials and documents concerning the Construction, forming Annex No. 6 of the Tender Documents.
