TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for issuing an amendment to the permit for an intended project (construction) before completion (hereinafter also referred to as DPZ), documentation for construction (hereinafter also referred to as DPS), and the performance of supervision by the project designer (hereinafter also referred to as DP) during the implementation of construction No. 13058 – Reconstruction of the LUNA building at Lidická Street. The reconstruction of the LUNA building consists of internal and, partially, external structural alterations to the existing building. Even after the reconstruction, the building will be used as a home for seniors. The subject of the project is the modifications to be carried out in the existing enclosed premises of the Havířov Home for Seniors. This is a five-storey complex approved for use (commissioned) in 1994, to which a ground-floor extension of the power/energy centre and the associated service access roads and paths belong.
