TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the performance of the public contract is preparation of design documentation for the construction of a new building intended to provide social services of the contribution-funded organization of the Olomouc Region, Home for the Elderly Jesenec, with its registered office at Jesenec 1, 798 53 Jesenec, Company Identification Number (IČO): 71197702. The new building will provide residential services to 70 clients with reduced self-sufficiency, in particular due to age. The project must respect specific requirements for barrier-free access, user safety, hygienic and operational standards for social services, and energy efficiency. The design documentation will also address the necessary related investments consisting in the demolition of existing buildings on the plot of land parc. no. st. 28/2 (building no. 109 and the utility/ancillary building at the boundary with plots parc. no. 430/6, 430/5, and land parcel parc. no. 28/1 in the cadastral territory (k.ú.) Jesenec).
