PD: „Domov pro seniory Jesenec – výstavba nové budovy“

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of design documentation for a new build intended to provide social services of the contributory organization of the Olomouc Region, Domov pro seniory Jesenec, with its registered office at Jesenec 1, 798 53 Jesenec, Company ID (IČO): 71197702. The new build will provide residential services for 70 clients with reduced self-sufficiency, in particular due to age. The project must respect specific requirements for barrier-free access, user safety, hygienic and operational standards for social services, and energy efficiency. The design documentation will also address the necessary related investments consisting of the demolition of existing structures on the plot parcel no. st. 28/2 (building no. 109 and an outbuilding at the boundary with plots parcel no. 430/6 and 430/5, and parcel no. st. 28/1 in k.ú. Jesenec). The scope will also include complete modifications to the affected plots, including a proposal for both paved and unpaved outdoor areas, landscaping, and the connection of the building to transport and technical infrastructure.
