TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority aims to put into operation a new, modern and future-oriented PDMS (patient data management system) and an anaesthesia planning / documentation system as an addition to the already existing administrative hospital information system CGM Medico. The overall system is intended to form an integrated solution with the administrative hospital information system and the Medical Information System that covers the following overarching tasks: - Medical / nursing documentation in the intensive care area including the examination and treatment areas as well as vital data / -parameters - Completion of the electronic patient record of the patient - Communication across all medical and administrative areas with patient-related reference (communication with core and subsystems such as laboratories etc.) - Capture / documentation of services based on patient and case - Integration of existing and future subsystems as well as medical devices. Since a PDMS and an anaesthesia planning / documentation system are currently already available on site, a 1:1 replacement of existing functions is required for the start date of live operation.
