TENDER DESCRIPTION

The asphalt road pavement is severely damaged and compromised; therefore, an average milling of 10 cm is planned and restoration with two new asphalt layers of 4 cm and 6 cm along the entire length and width of the road lanes.           The new pavement follows the dimensions of the existing asphalt, and no interference with new territories/areas is planned. For the road structure, besides the new asphalt layers, 40 cm of crushed stone is planned for the base for local repairs. Filling of existing side ditches (bankets) is planned at an average of 25 cm. Earth ditches are to be constructed on both sides of the road and concrete pipes f500 under the road structure on agricultural roads. The existing three culverts under the road are cleaned and embedded/greased with concrete on their walls at inlet and outlet.          Asphalt concrete is required to be laid after cleaning, dust suppression (de-dusting), and applying a bituminous tack coat/spread on the surface of the pavement.          The area of the pavement to be restored is 18 521 m2 for the main alignment and 490 m2 for the connections/outfalls of the field roads.          Activities related to the Permanent organization and…
