TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract involves providing breakdown assistance, towing, and temporary storage on a call-off basis for vehicles of the Contracting Authority for which no other agreement applies. The services will be provided by the Contractor after a notification and call-off via the Operations Room of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee (KMAR). The contract relates to incidents within the Netherlands and up to 25 kilometres outside the Dutch national borders. The total value of the contract for the entire term of the Framework Agreement is estimated at € 3,636,363.64 exclusive of VAT. This estimate is based on historical data, experience figures, and the expected number of assignments. However, the final take-up is uncertain and does not offer any guarantee, since the need for breakdown assistance, towing, and storage depends on unpredictable variables.
