“Renovation of the building of Pécsi Janus Pannonius Gymnasium – Design programme related to the call for proposals “TOP_PLUSZ-3.4.1” Plot area: 2396 m² The built area of the building affected by the design: net 3303 m² The winning tenderer’s task is to prepare the permit-plan and construction-plan documentation in accordance with the development objectives and the applicable laws. Main tasks to be designed: - renovation of the external and internal parts of the building The Designer is obliged to prepare the plans in accordance with the relevant laws, contractual requirements and good professional practice, at the highest professional standard, with appropriate level of detail, so that they are suitable for permitting, construction, and successful completion of the procurement procedure. The Designer is obliged to design also the parts possibly not included in the task description but necessary for implementation, without charging an additional separate fee.
