TENDER DESCRIPTION
BT-24 continued: The expected value of peak consumption is 62.2 l/min. For the DHW (domestic hot water) supply, we intend to provide it individually with electrically operated hot water storage tanks installed close to the consumption points. The planned hot water storage tanks are installed high up to prevent unauthorised interventions. At the DHW tanks’ cold-water side connection, a combined safety fitting will be installed. Considering the elimination of scalding risk and the consumption requirements, the temperature of stored hot water is limited to tDHW = 50°C. Among the fixture items, the washbasin and WC for persons with reduced mobility, the standard WCs, and the urinals have been specified in the technical description with the mounting-frame design. The mounting frame for the accessible WC also ensures the placement of grab handles. Flushing of the WC is pneumatically operated, with a two-volume, concealed installation under the wall surface. Operation of the urinals— to exclude unpleasant odours— is ensured electronically, in mains operation. Between the urinals, a urinal partition will be installed.
