TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pelkosenniemi municipality requests a tender for audit services in accordance with the Local Government Act (410/2015). Pelkosenniemi municipality is a municipality with a little over 900 inhabitants in Eastern Lapland. The operating margin of the municipality’s financial statements for 2025 was EUR 4.4 million. Pelkosenniemi municipality has outsourced its accounting and payroll calculation services to Monetra Oulu Oy. The subject of the procurement is the audit of the municipality’s administration and finances and other statutory audit tasks, including the audit of the municipality’s subsidiary entities. The actual contract period concerns the auditing of financial years 2027-2030. The contracting authority has the right to take into use one (1) two-year option period, which concerns the auditing of financial years 2031-2032.
