Performing the duties of a construction supervision inspector for the task “Designing and expanding national road No. 92 within the area of the Ożarów Mazowiecki Municipality” 4.1 The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services related to performing the duties of an Construction Supervision Inspector in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law (Journal of Laws 2025, item 418, as amended), applicable standards and principles of construction art for supervision over the execution of construction works, including the execution of a task entitled “Designing and expanding national road No. 92 within the area of the Ożarów Mazowiecki Municipality”. The entire investment project will be carried out in the “design and build” formula. 4.2 The contract is financed from the Programme “European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
