TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation of a coprepared statement (candidates’ counterpart) for the design documentation and the performance of the duties of an investor supervision inspector over the construction of lowland small-scale retention structures (MRN3) within the Świerklaniec Forest District described in the SWZ. The scope of works includes, among other things: 1) The Contractor shall be required to perform the full scope of duties of an investor supervision inspector as specified by the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law. 2) The Contractor shall be required to inspect and provide written opinions on any elements produced in the design process, supplied by the designer implementing the contract for the preparation of design documentation. 3) The Contractor shall be required to actively participate in meetings and gatherings organized by the Contracting Authority during the creation of the design documentation and during the execution of construction works, as well as in financial settlements and inspections carried out by units consulting and financing the investment and by public administration bodies; 4) As part of supervision over the…
