TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor shall be required to perform the full scope of duties of the investor’s supervision inspector specified by the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994, the Construction Law. The scope of facilities planned by the Contracting Authority to be constructed under MRN3 has been specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2) The Contractor shall be required to review and provide written opinions within a period of up to 5 days on all elements delivered by the designer implementing the contract for the preparation of design documentation, which were produced in the design process and are related to the verified and supervised task at each of its stages, as well as to review corrections made in accordance with the instructions for corrections; 3) The Contractor shall be required to actively participate in meetings and gatherings organized by the Contracting Authority during the preparation of design documentation and during the execution of construction works, as well as in financial settlements and inspections carried out by the units advising on and funding the investments and by public administration authorities; 4) As part of supervision over the proper execution of the design…
