TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor will be obliged to perform the full range of activities of the investor supervision inspector defined by the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law. The scope of the facilities planned by the Contracting Authority within the MRN3 framework is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 2) The Contractor will be obliged to control and provide written opinions within 5 days on all elements produced in the design process related to the verified and supervised task at each of its stages, submitted by the designer executing the order for the preparation of the design documentation, as well as to control corrections made according to indicated amendments; 3) The Contractor will be obliged to actively participate in meetings organized by the Contracting Authority during the development of the design documentation and during the execution of construction works, as well as in financial settlements and controls conducted by units consulting and financing the investments and public administration bodies; 4) Within the supervision of the proper execution of the design documentation, the supervision inspector will be obliged to prepare a review report within 14 days…
