TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the Contract Engineer function for the project “Reconstruction and expansion of the PKP Intercity S.A. rail siding in Lublin”. 2. The contract award procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender on the basis of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp Act” or “Pzp”.
