TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive Contract Engineer service, including technical preparation and supervision of the Project implementation, technical management of the investment process, multi-discipline investor supervision, technical review of the schedule and costs, preparation of technical documentation for procedures for works and equipment, technical support for procedures, coordination of acceptance procedures, commissioning/start-up and final documentation, and delivery to the Contracting Authority of an organized set of documents necessary for use, monitoring and settlement of the grant. The Contracting Authority obtained a targeted subsidy from the Medical Fund – Strategic Infrastructure Subfund – Grant agreement no. DOI/FM/SIS/PSYCH/2026/885/112 for an amount up to 43 445 569,00 zł, intended for the implementation of the investment programme entitled: “Construction of a forensic psychiatry unit with a basic security level by MEDiSON Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością”.
