TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: Performance of the Contract Engineer functions for an investment project entitled “Modernisation and expansion of the Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant in Biłgoraj, implemented in the design and build formula” 2. The scope of the Contract Engineer’s tasks includes: A) Comprehensive supervision over the execution of design works B) Comprehensive supervision over construction works, supply and installation C) Comprehensive supervision over commissioning, tests, acceptances and the handover of the Investment for use; D) Comprehensive supervision during the period of liability for defects under warranty and during the warranty period. 3. A detailed description of the procedure and the scope of works covered by supervision in the performance of the contract is provided in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). 4.
