TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in performing the function of Engineer within the meaning of the FIDIC Contract Conditions for the needs of the implementation of the investment entitled "Improvement of access to the seaport in Szczecin – Construction of a passing place for ships on the Świnoujście – Szczecin waterway." A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. 2. The Contracting Authority anticipates requirements related to the performance of the contract in terms of employment based on an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law. Detailed information and requirements in this regard, in particular concerning the method of verifying the employment of the designated persons on the basis of an employment relationship and the Contracting Authority's rights to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons as well as sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements, are included in the Terms of Reference and in the contract template. 1.
