TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting in performing the Contract Engineer functions within the meaning of the FIDIC Contract Conditions for the purposes of implementing the Investment entitled “Widening of the waterway section on the approach to the seaport in Świnoujście” (hereinafter also referred to as the “Investment”). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide performance security for the proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total gross offer price. The security must be provided in full, regardless of the form in which it is provided, no later than on the date of conclusion of the contract, but before it is signed. Detailed requirements regarding performance and enforcing the requirement to employ on the basis of an employment relationship have been specified in the contract template (contract) constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
