TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is performing the role of Contract Engineer for the implementation of the task entitled "Expansion of the Zielona Góra Traffic Control System along with the reconstruction of necessary infrastructure as part of the task Improvement of urban communication efficiency in Zielona Góra – Phase II", implemented under the "design and build" formula. The scope of the contract includes comprehensive management, coordination, and supervision over the design stage and execution of construction works, control of compliance with the contract, the Functional-Utility Program, the schedule, and applicable regulations, participation in acceptance procedures, verification of settlements, and support to the Contracting Authority until the completion and settlement of the investment. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex I.2 to the Terms of Reference (ToR). 3. The Contractor shall provide a warranty on the completed subject of the contract for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance and a guarantee period exceeding the warranty by 3 months. 4.
