TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of the Contract Engineer function for an investment consisting in the expansion of the Museum of the Warsaw Uprising at 79 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. The purpose of providing the Contract Engineer (IK) service is to perform activities which, within the construction process, the Investor is obliged to carry out. The Contract Engineer will be required to: 1) provide a service including supervision of the proper implementation of the Agreement with the General Contractor, including in relation to design and execution, associated with revising the multi-disciplinary design documentation, organizing, coordinating, supervising, enforcing assumptions and arrangements, managing, reporting and settling the investment process for the above-mentioned task in respect of all work necessary for the proper implementation of the investment; 2) represent the Investor’s interests in the investment process and be accountable to the Investor for organizing and the continuous coordination of the activities of all parties participating in the investment process; 3) perform the role of the Investor’s Site Supervision Inspector (in the form of a…
