TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in performing the function of Contract Engineer within the investment task titled: "Reconstruction of Leonid Teliga Street". 2. The primary aim of the contract (hereinafter: "Contract") concluded between the Contracting Authority and the Contract Engineer (hereinafter: "Contract Engineer") will be the efficient, professional, and reliable provision of services in the scope of managing the investment process, performing supervisory inspector functions, and advising on the implementation of tasks covered by the subject of the Contract – described in Annex No. 6.4. The combination of competences specified in the description of the contract subject for Project servicing aims to ensure comprehensive Project service, establish clear rules of responsibility for its proper implementation, and also ensure efficient information flow. 3.
