TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor’s task will be investor supervision over the performance of the contract in the “design and build” formula entitled: “Okocim Heritage Centre – extension, reconstruction and change of the method of use of buildings of the former brewery malt house and granary, and the construction of the necessary technical infrastructure together with the construction of a car park” with regard to the following trades: structural and construction, sanitary electrical conservation/heritage For the purpose of performing the function of Coordinator of the Client’s Team, the Contracting Authority designates a representative of the Contractor – an Inspector in the structural and construction trade.
