TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the assignment entitled: Performance of comprehensive supervision for the investment project entitled “Renovation and extension of the Psychiatry Clinic of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź, building B1, 8/10 Czechosłowacka Street” under the “design and build” mode for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź at 251 Pomorska Street. (Investment). 2. The investment is carried out under the Agreement on co-financing DOI/FM/SIS/PSYCH/2026/305/51 for granting targeted grants for co-financing the implementation of the investment programme entitled “Renovation, extension and equipping of the Psychiatry Clinics of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź”. The Investment Programme was established by Resolution No 8 of the Council of Ministers dated 8.01.2026. The Contractor is obliged to take into account all requirements and reporting procedures resulting from the fact that the assignment is financed from external funds. 3.
