TENDER DESCRIPTION

Providing multi-discipline investor supervision as part of the project entitled “Modernisation of the building CXIX General Secondary School (Liceum Ogólnokształcące) named after Jacek Kuroń at ul. Złota 58 in Warsaw” – contract procedure number: 62/ZP/26. 1. The subject matter of the contract is to provide multi-discipline investor supervision over construction works, during the performance of the project entitled “Modernisation of the building CXIX General Secondary School (Liceum Ogólnokształcące) named after Jacek Kuroń at ul. Złota 58”, in the following specialties: a) structural and building, b) installation-related in the scope of heating installations and equipment, water supply and sewage, c) installation-related in the scope of electrical installations and equipment. The building is included in the municipal register of monuments of the City of Warsaw (m.st. Warszawy). 2. The construction works covered by supervision will relate, among others, to the following elements: - replacement of a complete heat node, - renovation of electrical installations, lighting, and automation for the heat node, - replacement of cold water, hot water, circulation, and sewage installations…
