Performance of author’s supervision over the implementation of the task entitled: “Expansion of the county road No 1941D in the town of Łukaszowice, Siechnice commune – Section II” The subject of this contract is the provision of author’s supervision services for multi-industry design documentation, including road works, sanitary networks, electrical power networks and telecommunications works, as well as demolition works, in connection with the performance of construction works under the task entitled: “Expansion of the county road No 1941D in the town of Łukaszowice, Siechnice commune – Section II”. The location has been indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with all requirements and obligations imposed on the Contractor has been included in Annex 5 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract and in Annex 4 to the SWZ – the draft contract with appendices.
