TENDER DESCRIPTION

[1] The subject of the Contract is the performance of supervision for the design and execution of works on railway line No 68 on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadów – Przeworsk, including performance of author’s supervision as part of the project titled: Works on railway line No 68 on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadów – Przeworsk – Stage I. The scope of the Contract also includes the scope of works covered by the Right of term option, referred to in § 7a of the Contract, to the extent to which the Contracting Authority will exercise the Right of term option.
