TENDER DESCRIPTION

[1] The subject of the Contract is the provision of supervision for the design and execution of works on railway line No. 68 on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadów – Przeworsk, including the provision of design supervision as part of the project titled: Works on railway line No. 68 on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadów – Przeworsk – Phase I. The scope of the Contract also includes the scope of works covered by the Timetable Option Right referred to in § 7a of the Contract, to the extent that the Contracting Authority will exercise the Timetable Option Right.
