TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is performing investor and environmental supervision over the preparation of design documentation and the implementation of the task: Replacement of the destroyed communication structure with a culvert in the Rzędów Forest District, under the design and build formula. The subject of the contract includes two STAGES of implementation: STAGE 1 - performing investor and environmental supervision over the preparation of design documentation based on the prepared Functional and Utility Program (PFU). STAGE 2 - performing investor and environmental supervision over the execution of construction works carried out based on the design documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and the contract template constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.
