The subject of the contract is the provision of services to the Contracting Authority related to performing investor supervision over the execution of construction works covered by the guaranteed scope, within the task entitled "Reconstruction to improve energy efficiency of the Tax Office building in Lubaczów at Jana III Sobieskiego 6 Street." 2. The detailed scope and method of contract execution are specified in Annex No. 1 to the ToR - Description of the contract subject and Annex No. 3 to the ToR - draft contract provisions (contract template).
