The subject of the contract is the provision to the Contracting Authority of services related to performing investor supervision over the execution of construction works covered by the guaranteed scope within the task entitled: "Reconstruction for the improvement of the energy efficiency of the Tax Office building in Tarnobrzeg at Wyspiańskiego 12 street". 2. The detailed scope and method of contract execution is specified in Annex No. 1 to the ToR (Terms of Reference) describing the subject of the contract and in Annex No. 3 to the ToR, the draft contract provisions (contract template). 1.
