The subject of the contract is the provision to the Contracting Authority of services related to carrying out investor supervision over the execution of construction works covered by the guaranteed scope under the task entitled: "Reconstruction to improve the energy efficiency of the Tax Office building in Tarnobrzeg at 12 Wyspiańskiego Street". 2.
