TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to provide investor supervision over the implementation of the investment project entitled “Strengthening the tourist potential of the Municipality of Leśna Podlaska through the creation of a village park”. 2. The contract is implemented under Measure 11.5 Protection of natural heritage, safety and development of sustainable tourism in areas other than urban areas (project types 1, 2, 3, 4) of Priority XI Territorial sustainable development of the European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027 programme. 3. Investor supervision under Part No 1 of the contract shall be provided comprehensively in the following sectors: architectural, structural and construction, road, electrical, dendrological and in the scope of green areas. The investment task to which the supervision relates includes in particular: 1) dismantling old street lamps and remnants of old footbridges, 2) dismantling foundations after the old fence, 3) felling trees designated for removal, 4) care treatment of preserved trees, 5) clearing viewing openings and locations planned for communication routes from shrubby vegetation, 6) mowing overgrown areas and clearing park undergrowth of excessively…
