Performance of investor supervision over the implementation of the task titled: “Construction of a three-storey modular building intended for medical activities on the premises of Nowowiejski Hospital ...” 1. The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive performance of investor supervision functions over the implementation of the task under the “design and build” formula titled: “Construction of a three-storey modular building intended for medical activities on the premises of Nowowiejski Hospital at 27 Nowowiejska Street in Warsaw”. 2. The scope of the Task carried out by the Independent Voivodeship Group of Public Mental Health Care Facilities in Warsaw includes investor supervision for the Task titled: “Construction of a three-storey modular building intended for medical activities on the premises of Nowowiejski Hospital at 27 Nowowiejska Street in Warsaw”, implemented in the years 2026-2027. 3.
