TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the performance of investor supervision over the task “Design and execution of construction works under the task entitled: “Works on railway line No. 179 on the section Tychy – Bieruń Stary” implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021-2027 Programme”, i.e. in particular: a) performing the Engineer’s functions in accordance with the Agreement and the Construction Contract(s); b) substantive and financial management, in particular comprehensive handling of the construction contract in terms of its settlement, monitoring and substantive and financial reporting; c) technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor Supervision Inspector for construction contracts; d) management, including coordination of all construction contracts concluded under the Project; e) conducting environmental supervision (including monitoring the impact of the construction process, among others, on surface and underground waters, noise, air, land surface, waste management, green management) and natural supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, the arrangements determining the…
