The subject of the contract includes in particular: - performance of supervision over design, verification of design documentation, its completeness, mutual compatibility, and carrying out verification calculations in order to identify any possible errors, - contract management, performance of investor supervision and control over the execution of works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate, − carrying out information activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the Contracting Authority, including, in particular, with the Director of the Branch, the Project Manager and the communications officer in the GDDKiA Branch, − providing investor supervision services for the execution of construction works and participation in Warranty Inspections and supervising the removal of any defects/irregularities identified in the warranty inspections, as part of the concluded Contract, − supporting the Contracting Authority as a loyal and diligent advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, − exercising supervision over design works and works in respect of Additional Tasks, necessary for the execution…
