TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes, in particular: - Verification of the Contractor’s documents; - Cooperation with representatives of the Municipality of Myślenice and the Voivodeship of Małopolskie; - Management, performance of investor supervision and control over the execution of the works until the date of issuance of the Final Certificate of Payment; - Conducting information activities related to the project execution and cooperation in this regard with the GDDKiA services; - Fulfilment of reporting obligations resulting from the Ordering Party’s procedures; - Provision of investor supervision service over the execution of construction works and participation in Warranty Inspections, and supervision of the removal of any defects/irregularities identified in the warranty inspections, under the concluded Contract; - Supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and diligent advisor in all activities related to the Project; - Exercising supervision over design works and works in the scope of Additional Tasks, necessary to perform the Contract, arising during the Contract execution - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law.
