TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes the Consultant performing duties in accordance with the Contract, based on the GFC and the Technical Instructions (WSK), in particular: a) providing supervision and verifying the Contractor’s Documents, their completeness, mutual consistency, and carrying out checking calculations in order to identify any possible errors, b) managing, performing the investor supervision and controlling the execution of the Works until the date of issuance of the Final Payment Certificate, c) conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperating in this regard with the Contracting Authority, including, among others, with the Director of the Branch, the Project Manager and the communications post at the GDDKiA Branch, d) performing obligations arising from the procedures contained in the current requirements/guidelines regarding investments co-financed from EU funds and the current beneficiary’s procedures for the programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 for GDDKiA, FEnIKS 2021-2027), e) providing investor supervision services for the execution of construction works and participating in…
